SADES carries out preventive maintenance of its own systems and, subject to contract, of those obtained elsewhere. These maintenance contracts cover all manner of possibilities, ranging from minimum intervention to "all risks” agreement ; with or without the permanent presence of our staff

SADES has its own assistance and maintenance division (SPAC - Servicio Planificado de Asistencia y Conservación), in order to deal with repairs and any breakdowns that might arise

SADES operates a 24/7 system of customer service. Telephone contact with this service allows us to respond as quickly as possible, at any time and on any day of the year, to any emergency that might affect systems installed on our customers' facilities

SADES works with a CAMM (computer-aided maintenance management) application, designed to supply real-time information on current maintenance operations and repairs. All members of our team are equipped with tablet computers connected to our servers to keep them up to date regarding interventions and their current status

SADES has the professional staff and the necessary tools to undertake any intervention of preventive and corrective maintenance in the field of heating, ventilation and air conditioning

SADES attends with own personnel any need in the field of fire protection installation maintenance: switchboard programming, fire extinguishers hydrostatic tests, fire pump systems tests, etc

SADES provides a comprehensive service to its customers always adapted to their needs, covering the conservation and maintenance of its facilities and construction elements that make up its property
